How the process unfolded for three families

The Situation
Adult siblings, property in multiple names
Two adult siblings needed to reach a shared decision about a property both held an interest in. Previous attempts at discussion had ended in raised voices and no progress. A third sibling living abroad added complexity.
What Concordia Did
Individual pre-session calls were held with all three parties — including the sibling abroad, by call. A facilitation session was held with the two local parties; the third participated remotely. The session produced a clear set of agreed positions on each outstanding question.
The Outcome
A written agreement was produced and reviewed by all three parties over five working days. Two minor revisions were requested and incorporated. All three parties signed the final document. The family has not needed further facilitation since.
