These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website at concordiaa.cyou and the services provided by Concordia. By accessing the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. Please read them before proceeding.

By using this website or booking any service, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of others (for example, as a contact person for a family group), you confirm that you have their agreement to proceed.

Concordia offers three services:

Services are delivered in Khon Kaen, Thailand. Remote participation may be available by arrangement. Availability is subject to scheduling.

Concordia's services are educational and facilitative in nature. They are not:

Written agreement documents produced by Concordia are plain-language records of what a family has agreed. They are not legally enforceable instruments. Families requiring enforceable legal documents should seek independent professional legal advice.

7. Voluntary Participation

All participation in Concordia's sessions is voluntary. No individual can be required to attend. Any participant may withdraw at any time during or between sessions. Partial refunds for incomplete services will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. Participant Conduct

Participants agree to engage in sessions respectfully and in good faith. Concordia reserves the right to pause or close a session if conduct threatens the safety or wellbeing of any participant or staff. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for the affected session.

9. Confidentiality

Concordia treats all session content as confidential. Information shared during sessions is not disclosed to third parties without participant consent, except where required by Thai law. Session notes are used only to produce agreed written summaries and are not retained beyond the engagement.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, workshop materials, and written frameworks produced by Concordia are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use materials provided to you in connection with your session. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or adapted without written permission.

11. Disclaimer

Concordia's services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a session. Family decisions and agreements reached during our services remain the responsibility of the participants. We do not accept liability for decisions made by participants following a session.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Concordia's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Concordia against claims arising from your misuse of our website or services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand. We encourage informal resolution of any concerns — please contact us first at [email protected] before initiating formal proceedings.
